Аннотация. В статье анализируются особенности социально-экономического положения Германии, характеризуются позиции партий и результаты выборов в ландтаги 2017 г., рассматривается сложившееся после выборов 24 сентября в бундестаг положение, когда страна оказалась без нового правительства.
Abstract. The article explores the peculiarities of the socio-economic situation in Germany, the positions of the parties and the outcome of the elections to the regional parliaments (Landtagswahlen) held in 2017. The author sheds some light on the confusing situation after the Bundestag elections of 24 September, when the country found itself without a new government.
