Maxim Bashev took part in numerous domestic and international exhibitions, among which most important are: International events. The artist launched his exhibition career participating in Art Basel (Basel, Switzerland), followed by two most prestigious Art MIF’s (most significant international annual art shows in Moscow) in 1991, 1993. Two of his works were sold by Sotheby’s in the Chicago representation of the auction house in 2003—2004. The raised profit was directed towards charitable purposes (under the patronage of Aldo Castillo gallery, Chicago. In 2010 Maxim shows his project Premonition at international Art Contemporary, that was a base for his personal exhibition, opened in November 2011 in 11.12 Gallery in Moscow (Centre for Contemporary Art Winzavod). In 2011 at Art Chicago during the first day some more pictures were acquired by representatives of Chicago establishment. There Maxim receives an invitation for collaboration from a famous architect and sculptor John David Mooney, who is a live legend of architecture in America. In 2012 participates in the International Fair Art Moscow (sound annual international event in art life of Moscow). In 2012 Sotheby’s auction in Moscow sells another work of Maxim Bashev. In 2012 Moscow Museum of Contemporary Art bought two Maxim’s works, which were selected personally by Executive Director Vasili Tsereteli for museum collection. In September 2012 with other artists of 11.12 Gallery Maxim participated in the International Fair Art Moscow. In January 2013 was exhibited at Gallery 11.12 (Singapore) booth at international fair Art Stage Singapore, where he received great reviews and an invitation to have a personal exhibition in Tokyo, Japan. In 2013 he also had a personal exhibition «Special Thanks to…", Singapore, 11.12 Gallery. It would be wrong not to mention his successful participation in Art Miami Context, USA, 2015, Art New York Context, USA, 2016, Jurmala Art Fair, Latvia 2017.
Maxim Bashev feels proud to receive the Certificate and title «Humanitarian Artist» signed by Gary F.Metzner, Vice President of Fine Arts Sotheby’s, Chicago and Aldo Castillo, director after being exclusively exhibited at Art in Motion – Artists for the Arts, Chicago.
