Ingredients: 6 full tablespoons of wheat flour, 2.5 cups of milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/3 teaspoon of salt.
To make pancakes, you need eggs, sugar, salt, beat with a whisk or a mixer, pour milk into the whipped mass, add flour, mix, add vegetable oil, mix everything again and bake the pancakes in a heated skillet. For the first pancake, grease the pan with oil, and then you do not need to grease the pan, since in the test it is enough. Pour vegetable oil into the dough after mixing it with flour, otherwise the foaming ability of the eggs will decrease, the dough will not be saturated with air and the pancake will not turn out to be loose. Serve pancakes with hot butter, sour cream, tea jam, for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Pancakes with meat
Ingredients: 6 full tablespoons of flour, 0.5 liters of milk, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
For minced meat: 400 g of boiled meat, passed through a meat grinder, 1 chopped onion and fried in oil, 1 hard-boiled, finely chopped egg, ground black pepper, salt.
