В. Шильцын: «Премия им. М. А. Булгакова „МАСТЕР“ 2020»
15 июня 2021 года в Большом Зале ЦДЛ прошла ежегодная церемония подведения итогов и награждения победителей литературных конкурсов Московской городской организации Союза писателей России совместно с НП «Литературная Республика», правда, на этот раз в связи с пандемией итоги подводились сразу за два года – 2019 и 2020. Особый интерес предс и тавляла премия «Мастер» имени М. А. Булгакова, поскольку одноименный конкурс был впервые объявлен МГО СПР в 2020 году.
