One more essential quality of individuums is that they are centers for storage and processing of information since internal reflection primarily entails work with information. While we don’t know what that information is, we can postulate a scheme of hypothetic informational field, or noosphere, which may, potentially, help understand the essence of information.

The reciprocal influence of matter and information (starting from the hypothesis, unsupported by modern science, that the world was created through word) has been much discussed, but majority of philosophers agreed on existence of observer’s influence on the observed object, to the extent that observers, through their very presence, can contribute to formation of the Universe. Contrary to the opinion that nothing less than human mind is necessary for forming of all visible and invisible world, we believe that capacity for internal reflection belongs to all individuums, and that it formed the Universe from the moment of its occurrence (regardless of whether it happened though the Big Bang or an act of Creation). When particles emerged from the primary unknown and then, due to inherent inclination of matter toward selforganization, Universe experienced the era of particles, then era of atoms, and so on, until human mind appeared, and that mind formed the Universe at its present form. We cannot discount a possibility that the process involved some amount of involvement from extraterrestrial intelligence, or individuums of appropriately high level, because humans cannot be a crowning point of creation in a far corner of the Universe.
