Pada 3 – Libra Navamsha (0°0' – 3°20' in Gemini)

This pada is ruled by Venus. Such individuals find fulfillment in communication. Relationships with people, acquiring and sharing information are very important to them. These are journalists, writers, editors, authors. This is the first pada of Mrigashira located in Gemini, so these individuals are very talkative and tend to explore the mental aspect of relationships.
