consequently, new DIS are constantly appearing in the Universe, which, as they develop, turn into DIIS. The number of DIS and DIIS in the Universe is enormous.
Since DIS and DIIS do not appear in the Universe at the same time, therefore, the level of development of DIS and DIIS is different.
The Supreme Mind is interested in the development of DIS and DIIS, since, as they develop, DIS turn into DIIS, which, in turn, after they reach the highest level of development, become part of the Supreme Mind, which in turn develops the Supreme Mind.
The Supreme Mind purposefully manages the development of DIS and DIIS for the purpose of the correct development of DIS and DIIS. The means that provide the Supreme Mind with the ability to manage purposefully the development of DIS and DIIS are information and electromagnetic energy.
Not all DIS become DIIS. Not all DIISs reach the highest level of development and become part of the Supreme Mind. If DIS and DIIS do not meet the criteria for the correct development established by the Supreme Mind, then the Supreme Mind deprives them of its information and energy support.
Taking into account the information presented above in the chapter "Interaction of Information and Energy":
• depriving DIS and DIIS of information support from the Supreme Mind leads to the cessation of the development of DIS and DIIS,
• depriving DIS and DIIS of energy support from the Supreme Mind leads to the fact that the external energy impact of the Universe, exceeding the power of the energy barrier of DIS and DIIS, gradually destroys DIS and DIIS, which leads to their gradual destruction.
Thus, DIS and DIIS are objects of natural selection, which allows the Supreme Mind to optimize the use of the energy-informational means available to the Supreme Mind for the purposeful management of the development of DIS and DIIS.
At a certain stage of DIS development, it acquires the ability to search for, receive, understand, process (i.e., save, evaluate, analyze, systematize) information and manage the information that has been received and processed.
The above ability is called DIS thinking and depends on the level of DIS development.
The development of DIS thinking is accompanied by the development of DIS ability to transform information that has been received and processed, create derivative information on its basis and manage derivative information.
