Lisa lives in Moscow. She loves baking kulich with her grandmother. Kulich is a special Easter cake. On Easter morning, Lisa and her family eat kulich and greet each other by saying, "Christ is risen!" They also exchange beautifully decorated eggs and sometimes small gifts.
Lisa's friend Oliver lives in the UK. His family also celebrates Easter. He always takes part in an Easter egg hunt. Parents hide chocolate eggs in the garden, and children try to find them. Another tradition is the Easter egg rolling competition. It takes place on Easter Sunday or Monday and involves rolling colored, hard-boiled eggs down a hill until they crack and break.
